What are the entry criteria for Sri Lankan students seeking admission to Latvian universities?

Bachelors Honors Degree (4 Year Duration), Masters Degree (2 Year Duration) from a recognized institute in your nation with minimum grades of at least 60% are required for admission to Post Graduate (Ph.D.) Programs.

Minimum IELTS or TOEFL test scores necessary for admission to undergraduate or postgraduate studies are:

What should I do if the application deadline falls before I receive my high school/university diploma?
If you are currently in the last semester of your studies and have not yet gotten your diploma, you can apply with provisional results from your institution. You must provide a provisional certificate that has been duly signed and stamped by the school/university. This is only valid if a Latvian university agrees to admit you with a provisional certificate/document.
